Del Sol Massage Therapy

This classic massage utilizes light to medium pressure to help promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. It is the ideal treatment for those seeking a massage to help ease their stress and allow them to slip into a calm state of relaxation and bliss.

Relaxation Massage

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil, ensuring that the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. When used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, massage stones induce deep relaxation and provide a unique experience that many find tremendously calming and centering.

Hot Stone Massage

Deep tissue massage is designed to remove severe tension and relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve the range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Deep Tissue Massage

Traditionally a massage treatment that utilizes light to medium pressure, however, due to the unique characteristics of pregnancy, these treatments are flexible and cater to the needs and wants of the birthing person. Clients can choose if they would like to side-lay for the treatment or if they would like to use bolsters designed specifically to reduce pressure points and support the individual so they can lay facedown during the session. Clients can also choose whether they would like to have a manual breast massage during their session, which can help with lactation, engorgement discomfort, and reduced scar tissue build-up within the breast tissue. Manual breast massage is 100% optional and will NEVER be forced upon the birthing person.

Pre or Post-Natal Massage

This is a targeted sports treatment designed for specific work on injury recovery or preparation before a sporting event. It utilizes Myofascial release to focus on one of two specific areas of the body and is not designed as a full-body treatment.

Targeted Sports Massage

Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques, including Myofascial Release, guided stretching, and joint manipulation, designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles who are looking for performance enhancement or injury recovery.

Sports Massage

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, noninvasive, manual manipulation of the structures of the head, neck, and back that can reduce pain and release emotional and physical stress. This treatment utilizes techniques created by John Upledger to help reduce restrictions within the body and promote free-flowing movement of cerebrospinal fluid throughout the nervous system.
