Del Sol Massage Therapy is owned and operated by Licensed Massage Therapist Liz Hinds.  

Liz offers a wide range of treatments, including relaxation massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial, craniosacral, and hot stones. She is certified in advanced myofascial techniques for treating upper limb numbness, headaches, TMJ disorder, and scar tissue rehabilitation.
