We now have a new entrance for Del Sol Massage Therapy! When you arrive, please park at the south side of the building and enter through the back door. You are welcome to wait in the office breakroom or come directly to my office at the time of your appointment.

Del Sol Massage Therapy is owned and operated by Liz Hinds, LMT, and offers a wide range of treatments, including more traditional massage techniques and specific modalities.

Liz offers relaxation massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage, pre and post-natal, myofascial, craniosacral, and hot stones. She is certified in advanced myofascial techniques for treating upper limb numbness, headaches, TMJ disorder, scar tissue rehabilitation, manual breast massage, and manual lymphatic drainage.

 

 

To help keep massage accessible for our community in Moab, we offer a local discount for those who live in Moab, Spanish Valley, and Castle Valley.

Please keep in mind that the local discount can only be applied to in-person payments, not pre-paid appointments, and further discounts are only available at the therapist's discretion.
